I’m feeling the effects of several semi-sleepless nights in a row. Not totally flattened, but very aware that I need to take things gently until I feel better. My thinking is slow and I’m clumsy, so I need to take extra care with whatever I’m doing and have lots of rests in between activities.
At the moment my list of things to do this week looks manageable, but I need a good night’s sleep soon. Unfortunately the more I need sleep the more elusive it becomes. I’ll take a drowsy-making anti-histamine tonight and hope for the best.
